Welcome to my academic website. I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of British Columbia's School of Population and Public Health. My research focuses on how urban planning and technology influence our health and wellbeing. I am particularly interested in applying the concept of cities as data to understand cities as invisible grids and overlapping networks and to use cities as platforms to build healthier and smarter communities.
This website mainly showcases my academic work, but I will post some column articles that I contribute on a regular basis. I will also describe my other activities related to innovation and entrepreneurship. Feel free to email me regarding any questions or comments. I always welcome collaboration with other people to develop interesting research ideas or to work on grant proposals.
My Research Interests
My research interests lie at the nexus of cities, technology, and health. My goal is to bridge the gap between urban planning, public health, and data science to create innovative solutions to modern challenges.
